About the Role

This role involves leading a team of Customer Team Members, providing coaching and training to help them grow and develop in their roles. You will also be responsible for delivering great customer service, managing stock accuracy, and developing plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

* To provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
* To manage stock accuracy and diligence checks to make shopping a great experience for our customers.
* To develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
