We are seeking a Maintenance & Incidents Engineer to support our infrastructure and ensure high-quality internet delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain FTTP infrastructure, including fibre optic cables and equipment.
* Support installation teams with signal testing, splicing, and connections.
* Inspect and repair network equipment on telegraph poles and towers.
* Conduct fault-finding using OTDR and light reading tools.
* Manage backbone network infrastructure and complete network installations.
* Collaborate with technical teams to resolve network issues.
* Update technical documentation and network diagrams.
* Ensure customer connections are smooth and troubleshoot as needed.
* Operate vehicles and MEWPs safely, including routine checks.
* Participate in on-call rotations and work in adverse weather if required.
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
* Knowledge of PIA regulations.
* Experience with CPE/ONT/NTE diagnostics, wireless, mobile, and FTTP.
