This will take a ‘can do’ attitude,and the ability to adapt your approach to establish their needs and ensure that your service is the mint on the pillow of their shopping experience. Ideally, you’ll have worked in a customer facing role previously and have confident communication skills, being able to spot sales opportunities and be resilient and resourceful when you need to be, daring to try new things to help your store succeed.
