We are seeking a diligent Administrator to join our Planning Team for a three-month period. The role involves reducing the number of failed appointments by proactively contacting customers via text, telephone, and email the day before their scheduled appointments. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage time effectively under pressure to meet targets. This role is initially for 3 months and will start at the beginning of Jan. Hours will be 37 per week and it will be based onsite in Exeter. Candidates will work a mixture of the shifts- 7.30- 15.30 or 9.00-17.00- this will be confirmed weeks in advance. Day-to-day of the role: Contact customers to confirm appointments through text, calls, and emails to reduce no-shows. Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy. Maintain meticulous records of interactions and communications with customers. Work under pressure to meet daily targets while ensuring attention to detail. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven administration skills. Strong attention to detail and data entry experience. Excellent customer service skills, with confidence in handling phone communications. Effective written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work well within a team. Desirable: Experience with multiple system usage and previous customer service or call centre experience.
