A leading Midlands law firm is currently looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their Solihull office on a full-time basis. The firm offers a huge amount of long-term training, development, and a supportive working environment.
The role is full-time Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

Duties include:
1. Preparing correspondence
2. Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person
3. Daily filing and the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files
4. Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
5. Diary management
6. Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork
7. Audio typing from dictation
Previous legal assistant experience is essential for this role.
