We are currently recruiting for a passionate Room Leader to join our wonderful Hinchley Wood Day Nursery and Preschool. Our nursery is situated in Esher, Surrey.
Our 72-place nursery is located in a stunning purpose-built setting with large open-plan rooms. It features a fantastic outdoor area, including a mud kitchen, sports garden, stage, and pets corner!
The nursery is located on the Hinchley Park residential development, fronting the Kingston Bypass (A309), with excellent access to the A3 and mainline train links to London.

What you’ll be doing
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
* Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities both indoors and outdoors
* Plan and deliver rich learning opportunities to help children develop and meet their milestones
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet individual needs
* Promote child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding
* Work collaboratively to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment
What we’re looking for
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
* Experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, or Educator
* Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
* Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
* Effective communication skills with children and adults
