Your Role
As Registered Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to provide a safe, nurturing, and high-quality residential environment. Your key responsibilities include:
Leadership & Team Management – Inspire and develop your team to deliver excellent care.
Home Management – Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations.
Safeguarding & Child Protection – Promote a culture of safety, ensuring policies are followed at all times.
Budget & Compliance Management – Manage finances effectively while meeting legal requirements.
Partnerships & Collaboration – Work closely with external agencies, local authorities, and professionals.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations & safeguarding procedures
Experience working in Children’s Residential Care
Proven leadership & management skills
UK Driving Licence
Desirable:
Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
Experience setting up an Ofsted-registered children’s home
Previous budget management experience
