Fixed term contract 3-6 months: Administrator/Procurement

What You Will Do:
1. Manage Procurement Administration tasks with precision, including creating and generating project reports from SAP.
2. Actively engage with suppliers via phone and email to secure updates on delivery dates and confirmations, ensuring seamless operations.
3. Update SAP with revised delivery information, escalating critical details to team members and project managers as needed.
4. Oversee the placement of web orders for commercial and low-value items, adhering to pre-agreed pricing.
5. Assist in obtaining new supplier documentation and updating existing supplier records, ensuring compliance and readiness.
6. Support facilities tasks within the procurement team, including administration, documentation, and the purchase of consumables.
What You Will Bring:
1. Proven experience in a similar procurement or administrative role, ideally within the automotive or engineering sectors.
2. Proficiency in SAP and strong IT skills to manage reports and supplier communications efficiently.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. A collaborative spirit, capable of working well within a team and communicating effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
