We are currently working with a high-end manufacturer based in Huntingdon who are looking to hire a Sales & Shipping Coordinator to work in a standalone position.
This role will be crucial to the team and will be the glue between the Sales, Warehouse and Finance team.
Typical duties would include:
* Manage the entire shipping process, from order to delivery, including customs clearance and documentation.
* Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and debt collection.
* Process orders, allocate stock, and coordinate with the sales team on order fulfilment.
* Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely payments.
The successful candidate:
* Previous experience managing international shipments and customs processes.
* Prioritise tasks effectively and stay calm under pressure.
* Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
* Collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and organise tasks efficiently.
