Electrical Project Manager needed for Commercial projects. Rate is negotiable - DOE We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager with experience in commercial construction to manage electrical installations and systems for multiple high-profile projects. The role will require overseeing projects from conception to completion, while maintaining a focus on deadlines, quality, and budget. The successful candidate will need to be based in or around London, but be comfortable commuting to our office in Berkshire twice a week for meetings and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee electrical projects at various commercial sites in London, ensuring all electrical work is completed to specification, on time, and within budget. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Lead electrical site teams and provide guidance and technical expertise to electricians and subcontractors. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring milestones are met. Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical or technical challenges that may arise during the course of the project. Review and approve project documentation, including cost estimates, contracts, and change orders. Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, local codes, and company safety standards. Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Be prepared to commute to the office in Berkshire for team meetings, project discussions, and other operational requirements twice a week. Qualifications: Valid ECS / CSCS card SSSTS / SMSTS PMP ticket 3 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably within the commercial construction sector. Strong knowledge of electrical design, installation, and safety standards. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites as needed. Flexibility to commute to Berkshire office twice a week.
