An established Insurance Broker is opening a new commercial department and is looking for ambitious and motivated members to join the team, to kick start their new venture.
If you are experienced in insurance sales and seeking a fresh start, this could be the opportunity for you!
As part of the team, you will promote commercial insurance products and services to existing and new customers, using your sales experience, knowledge, and customer services skills to achieve conversion.
All new team members will complete a ten-week comprehensive on boarding course, after which you will be able to evaluate and prepare quotes, renewals, and policies, help with enquiries, and ensure all customers’ needs are met.
As part of the on-going training, you will also be able to take advantage of having access to a mentor and the opportunity to complete the (Cert CII) qualification, which is fully funded.
To be considered, you’ll have proven experience working in an insurance sales role. Skills in IT, deadline management, organisational and great interpersonal/customer service skills are a must, as you will be attending networking events as a brand ambassador
