Administrator (Office-Based)
£25,000 - £30,000 + Private Medical Healthcare
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for an Engineering business, based in the Paulton, Somerset area. With the workload, sales and headcount increasing throughout the business, they need an additional office-based Administrator to join the team.
What does it involve?
* Manage and process sales orders and purchase orders using Sage software.
* Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent support.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment (not essential)
* Proficiency in Sage software is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
