What Youll Be Doing: Oversee day-to-day ops: from quoting and invoicing (via Xero) to subcontractor liaison and client follow-ups Own and maintain the CRM (HubSpot) moving leads through the funnel, keeping tasks up to date, and ensuring a smooth journey from enquiry to project delivery Manage the directors inbox and diary, schedule appointments, and support with travel, meetings, and PA tasks Coordinate inbound sales calls and respond to client queries about services, timelines, and pricing Handle document and report flow from gathering pre-survey paperwork to storing final certificates Chase outstanding info and quotes, liaise with subcontractors on availability, and issue work orders Bookkeeping support uploading receipts to Xero and working with the accountant Create, embed, and eventually record SOPs and process flows to help standardise and scale internal operations The Business: This owner-managed firm acts as a one-stop shop for compliance sign-off in the property development world.
