Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer
Their role and responsibilities will include:
1. Trail pitting
2. Site supervision of cable percussive, rotary & window sampling drilling rigs (all in house)
3. Logging of soils & rock samples
4. Factual reporting
5. Short & long term monitoring of slopes, gas and ground water regimes on our infrastructural projects
6. Database management
It is expected that you would have a relevant degree and a minimum of 1 to 3 years relevant field and office experience. A full clean driving license will be required, and you should be available to work away from home for short and long periods of time. Full technical and health & safety training will be provided where necessary.
A competitive remuneration package is available, the details of which will be negotiable and subject to age and experience.
