Required:
* All roles are expected to have the relevant competency skills cards where site-based work is required.
* IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office; MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
* Experience of managing existing Training and identifying training needs, specifically in construction related disciplines.
* Proven experience of joint planning with internal and external stakeholders.
* Management of preferred supplier processes.
Responsibilities:
* Provide L&D co-ordination and administrative support to the L&D function.
* Support the STRABAG Group and Division People and Culture strategy.
* Support the STRABAG UK LTD Learning and Development Plan.
* Assist in the preparation & review of project/office-based learning and development requirements.
* Manage logistics and plan events including bookings, invitations and internal stakeholder management ensuring clarity of communication across interested parties.
* Maintain excellent relationships and communication with stakeholders, industry bodies such as the CITB and with preferred suppliers.
* Build internal networks to ensure that L&D requirements and key deliverables are understood and communicated.
* Identify and maximise new opportunities to grow the L&D function.
* Help to maximise return on investment and value add from the L&D function.
* Initiate and implement continuous improvements to People Operations, Recruitment, EDI, focusing on processes and logistical arrangements.
* Provide support to the L&D administration team to ensure an effective level of service delivery.
* Assist the L&D Team Leadership with the development of the marketing plan.
