Support students with SEMH needs in small groups (6-8 learners), encouraging positive behaviours and academic progress.
Collaborate with teachers and the SEN team to implement tailored learning strategies.
Work with students from 4-19 years old, helping them develop essential skills and self-regulation.
Assist with managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour using positive and creative approaches.
