Job Information
As the Sales Manager or BDM at Ecologic SIPs, you will be pivotal in driving the company's revenue growth through achieving sales targets and enhancing our market presence. Your role will encompass a dynamic range of responsibilities, including the development and execution of strategic sales plans, oversight of social media marketing initiatives, basic website development, and management of customer relationships. However, the core of your role will be generating leads, turning the right leads into quotes, booking workshop tours and site visits with prospective clients, and negotiating and closing on multiple deals per month. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will also contribute to the broader business strategy to ensure that Ecologic SIPs remains a leader in the sustainable construction industry. Your proactive engagement in CPD workshops and consistent monitoring of market trends will be crucial in fostering long-term relationships with clients and reinforcing our commitment to high-quality, sustainable building solutions.

Job Requirements
* At least 2 years of sales experience or equivalent role in the construction sector
* Ability to travel to our workshop for presentations on a weekly basis, and tour of local live SIPs construction sites
* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills
* A solid track record in achieving high revenue targets
* Knowledge of general building practices
* Awareness of Sales CRM systems and other task management software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
