I am working on behalf of the UK’s leading Domiciliary Care provider; the company is based in Erith, South London, as they look to bolster their office team. This is a Care Manager (not registered with CQC) role to assist the Directors and office team with growing the hours and ensuring high quality care in the community.

5. Provide Live-in Care, Dementia & End of Life care as well as Domiciliary Care
The role:
6. To assist the Directors and office team
7. Growing the care hours
8. Managing office team
9. Ensuring the highest quality of home care
10. Creating person-centred care plans
Required competencies:
11. Previous experience in care sector is essential
12. Experience of managing teams is desirable
13. Believe in person-centred care in line with the companies’ values
14. Outgoing, bubbly personality
15. Able to work in fast paced environment
16. Commercial acumen
17. Understanding of premium quality care
