CreatePay is a leading provider of payment solutions products, dedicated to helping small to medium-sized UK businesses streamline their payment processes. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for visiting businesses, conducting cold calls, and attending appointed meetings whilst driving the adoption of our payment solutions products.
Compensation:
1. £40,000 base salary with uncapped commission (OTE £80,000)
2. Company Car Allowance of £5,000 plus fuel card

Scope of Role
Direct Reports: None
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities
As an Area Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Visiting businesses to promote our payment solutions.
2. Conducting cold calls and attending scheduled meetings.
3. Driving the adoption of our payment solutions products.
Requirements
Success Measures:
1. Achieve all sales targets consistently (month by month).
2. Maintain high levels of growth in revenue and sales volume.
3. Achieve all agreed objectives with positively trending relative key performance indicators.
4. Convert sales appointments and self-generated appointments to live and transacting customers, as per KPI.
Experience:
1. Successful track record of working in a sales team and demonstrating an ability to grow and develop.
2. Proven experience in a sales role, in a field sales and B2B sales capacity.
3. Relatable and positive experience of working in a fast-paced transforming organization.
Skills/Qualifications:
1. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
2. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
5. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
6. Knowledge of payment solutions or financial products is a plus.
