The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing a creator led strategy which aligns with the brand vision, managing their organic social strategy and delivery with the support of an existing executive. The role Oversee the work and development of a Social Media Executive, ensuring they are developing and executing the organic social strategy, maintaining a consistent posting schedule and fostering community interaction. Partner with colleagues in marketing and creative to ensure all content and campaigns are on brand Drive social presence across all platforms through creative, engaging and data driven campaigns Partner with the Head of Marketing to devise and drive creator driven social strategy Identify and maximize influencers and creators (micro to big name) and ensure they deliver maximum value and impact and reflect the unique brand identity Manage the influencer marketing budget allocating it appropriately across campaigns to maximize ROI Partner with colleagues in creative to ensure all consumer facing social content is on brand and consistent Regular reporting on campaign effectiveness across social and influencer, using data driven insights to inform future campaigns The person A data driven social expert with a creative eye and a real passion for retail / ecommerce Proven experience running high performing influencer campaigns in a fast paced environment A team player who loves collaborative working For much more information on this brilliant client and role please apply immediately
