This is a great opportunity to work as a personal assistant and administrative support to our Associate Director of Psychological Professions, AFC Band 4, part-time.
The post is primarily working from home, with some on-site meetings in services around Hull and East Yorkshire as required. You will mainly work with the Associate Director (AD) and a small and friendly group of Lead Psychological Professionals.
The successful applicant will be personable, organised, a good communicator, and skilled in using various IT systems and packages. There will be a requirement to lead on the organisation of some events, such as conferences.
Main Duties:
1. Support the AD with diary management and planning.
2. Administration and minuting of meetings.
3. Organising events.
4. Maintaining up-to-date staffing contact lists.
5. Production of quality materials such as diagrams, reports, spreadsheets.
6. Gathering and maintaining monitoring information.
You will be skilled in co-ordinating diaries, liaising with senior executives, and communicating with large groups of people in order to arrange meetings and functions.
There may be the occasional requirement to access clinical settings for the purpose of attending meetings.
