An opportunity has arisen for a Neuro Rehabilitation Managed Clinical Network Project Co-ordinator based at Douglas Grant Rehabilitation Centre, Ayrshire Central Hospital, on a fixed term/secondment opportunity for 1 year.
What you will do:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Neuro Rehabilitation Service for a highly motivated Project Co-ordinator.
Based with the Douglas Grant Rehabilitation Centre, Ayrshire Central Hospital you will provide a confidential, dedicated, professional project administration service to the Neuro Clinical Lead to support the development of a person-centred service that enables people affected by neurological conditions to access practical, emotional and social support and promote self-management for people to live well. You will be required to work across the organisational boundaries with partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for people affected by neuro.
You will be organised and able to deal effectively with a number of simultaneous tasks and have the ability, commitment and judgement to ensure that actions are delivered within deadlines, and ensuring that tasks are completed to a high professional standard.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
With an HNC/HND in administration or equivalent administration experience, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You should be a conscientious, flexible individual with a can-do approach who can work as part of a team and also on your own initiative. Minute taking experience as well as a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, including MS Teams is essential.
