WCS Group are part of the Marlowe Environmental Services and are looking for a Remedial Operations Co-ordinator/Field Manager to join our Operations team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient individual with expertise in the commercial plumbing sector. This role involves managing the procurement of materials, interpreting surveys, and ensuring seamless communication across teams and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will split their time between the office in Camberley and being out on site.
Duties:
1. Ensure stock levels are kept up to date and order parts as and when required in a timely manner.
2. Liaise internally with different departments to ensure tasks are completed on time.
3. Complete Service Work and ensure your team has completed their tasks & documentation correctly.
4. Be responsible for your team’s holidays, timesheets, expenses, and day-to-day HR issues.
5. Manage your team's performance including reviews, appraisals, and disciplinaries.
6. Ensure your team is working safely and in compliance with legislation/WCS processes & methods.
7. Highlight any training and upskilling needs within your team.
Requirements:
1. Good working knowledge of ACoP L8 would be advantageous.
2. Experience with inventory management or procurement systems.
3. Excellent IT skills (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word).

1. Salary up to £42,000 (depending on experience).
