Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the design, analysis, and implementation of engineering projects.
2. Prepare and review technical documentation, including specifications, calculations, and drawings under supervision.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
4. Support senior engineers in project planning, execution, and quality control.
5. Participate in site visits, inspections, and troubleshooting activities to support project requirements.
6. Adhere to industry standards, regulations, best practices, and company policies to ensure quality and safety in engineering design.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering standards and practices within the organization.
8. Undertake professional development activities to enhance technical and leadership skills.
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in an Engineering discipline or related field.
2. Previous internship or project experience is desirable but not essential.
3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Flexibility to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and a passion for engineering.
