You will initiate, support and coach Production Excellence, lean activities, and structural optimizations on production area level. Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to: Driving and supporting all production excellence and lean activities in the defined area of responsibility You will be required to deploy production excellence and lean standards and description of methods and processes and respective documentation We want you to consult with operations staff and accountable management in production excellence and lean topics and helps deliver execution of projects and opportunities for improvement Analyze processes or disruptions, identifies weak points, develops solutions and supports implementation Propose production excellence and lean projects, evaluates costs/benefits and oversees its roll out Monitor and tracks improvements triggered by improvement programmes and provides respective reporting to all stakeholders Prepare distributes and trains subject and method knowledge and shares best practices Participate in work groups/projects and meetings and facilitates workshops Management of shopfloor tooling systems and storage areas Day to day management of business improvement support operatives What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
