Senior Admin/Office Manager - Temp to Perm
Location - Barnsley
Salary - £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
45 Hours per week - 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Elevation Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic family-run business based in Barnsley. They are currently going through an exciting period of growth and this individual will be a big part of the change.
Main duties as a senior administrator/office manager:
* Offering admin support to the estimators
* Maintaining customer records on the in-house system
* Producing job reports
* Using problem-solving skills to address queries
* Checking payments have been received and final invoicing
* Organising office events where required
* Supporting the operations manager
* Other ad hoc duties
They are looking for an individual who is hard-working and who enjoys the family-run business culture. You must have excellent problem-solving skills, be adaptable to change if something urgent comes in, be able to handle high volumes of orders, and also work together as a team. This role is pivotal in the growth of this business.
The individual will be open to assisting with ideas to develop the business, change processes, and assist with the running of the day-to-day office.
You will be provided training on product knowledge and the system.
