Sewell Wallis are recruiting a Finance Manager for the Doncaster site of this growing and eco-conscious business. The company is multifaceted, involved with renewable energy, reusing and re-purposing waste products across multiple industries, as well as manufacturing for industrial applications. The business currently sits at a £300 million turnover, with near enough 20 sites across the UK with approximately 1000 employees!
The role is permanent and full time, 40 hours (8:00-17:00) Monday-Friday. The role will be an integral part of the centralised finance team working within multiple companies and stakeholders.
What will you be doing?
Production of weekly and monthly Management Accounts covering 6 business units, including consolidation of the parent company, to tight deadlines.
Production of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
Managing a small team of Assistant Accountants and overseeing their workload.
Preparation of financial accounts reporting pack, supporting audit files, and communication with external auditors.
Holding regular meetings with key stakeholders to drive forward operational performance.What skills are we looking for?
Qualified with either ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
Experience managing a small finance team.
Experience working in either Logistics, Food, FMCG, Distribution or Retail industries.
Confident with Microsoft packages and IT.What's on offer?
Salary of £50,000-£55,000 FTE.
