The role and team
We are looking for an experienced Manager to be part of our Client Listening team.
Client feedback is a key priority for PwC, and we are looking at how we best work with the business to provide them with the client insights they need and how we embed new, best-practice technology solutions to improve the experience of our clients, both internal and external.
This role is focused on driving adoption of client feedback across Line of Service (LoS), Growth accelerators and other targeted populations of strategic importance to the business. You will conduct priority client feedback interviews with clients and also work with the Senior Managers in the Client Insight team to produce actionable insights based on the feedback for the business.

The client listening team is part of PwC's Sales and Marketing team, a centralised support function which covers all aspects of professional services marketing, sales support and business development.
