As a Legal PA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Solicitors and Partners, including the Head of Data, ensuring the seamless operation of our legal practice. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support:Provide comprehensive PA support to partners and fee earners within the Commercial IP Group. Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel itineraries with precision and discretion. Prepare and format documents, correspondence, and presentations to a high standard. Client Onboarding & Relationship Management:Facilitate client onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards. Maintain and update client records, nurturing positive and professional client relationships. Billing & Financial Management:Assist with billing processes, prepare billing guides, and process invoices promptly. Monitor and manage matter-related financials, ensuring timely resolution of financial queries. Business Development Support:Assist in the development and execution of business development initiatives. Prepare and coordinate marketing materials, credentials, and pitch documents. Support the organisation and planning of client events and seminars. Document & File Management:Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring documents and correspondence are filed accurately. Provide support in the management of legal files and case documentation. General Office Support:Act as a point of contact for client queries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the team as required. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience as a Legal PA, ideally within a Commercial IP or related legal setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous eye for detail. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels. A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a commitment to providing first-class administrative support. Experience in billing processes and financial administration within a legal environment.
