Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
A key player is needed in our engineering department, someone who excels at preventing production line breakdowns and ensuring a smooth operation.
We produce 500 tonnes of product weekly, making us one of the fastest companies in Europe, and a trusted supplier to major names in the food industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment, such as food manufacturing or pharma, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues.
The Role:
* Shift: 4 on/4 off, 12 hours from 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday. You'll work collaboratively as part of a well-organized team.
We're looking for someone with a strong focus on safety, preventative maintenance, and clear communication. They should also value integrity and high standards, even when unsupervised.

* Experience: An apprenticeship under your belt, preferably in a relevant field like food manufacturing or pharma.
* Personality: Confident, proactive, and a strong communicator. Self-awareness and a serious approach to work are essential.
