I'm representing a well-regarded, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong footprint in the education and healthcare sectors. Due to a growing pipeline of projects across the North West, they're looking to bring in an experienced NEC Supervisor to join their Liverpool-based team.

The Role:
As an NEC Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in the successful delivery of capital works projects under NEC3 and NEC4 contracts. Working closely with Project Managers and Design Teams, you'll ensure that construction is delivered to the right standards, timelines, and specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as NEC Supervisor on a variety of education and healthcare projects
Monitoring contractor compliance with specifications and quality standards
Witnessing tests and inspections, ensuring timely sign-off and documentation
Issuing Early Warnings and Defect Notifications as required
Providing detailed reports and records in line with NEC contract procedures
Working collaboratively with all project stakeholders to drive performance
Supporting the team with technical advice and construction oversightWhat We're Looking For:
Strong experience working as an NEC Supervisor (ideally NEC3/4 ECC)
Background in construction, engineering, or building surveying
In-depth knowledge of contract administration and on-site supervision
Experience in public sector environments, ideally education or healthcare
Relevant qualifications (e.g., HND, BSc, or professional membership)
Detail-oriented with strong reporting and communication skillsWhat's On Offer:
