MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
Responsible for preparation of reports, records and accounts to aid management decision making, ensuring suitable financial controls are in place and complied with.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
Report directly to the Finance Director.
KEY WORK AREAS:
1. Complete month end analysis on New Build Capex projects liaising with business to ensure cost to complete accurately reported, and preparation of material for the board packs.
2. Complete month end reporting pack submissions for private equity investors
3. Completing backlog calculation and associated reporting for board packs.
4. Preparing monthly 13 week cash forecasts, review against actuals and long term models
5. Production of the reforecast and preparation of the associated board pack, liaising with business to ensure all relevant issues identified within reporting timelines.
6. Production of the annual budget, this will involve checking, validating and analysing data, comparisons to previous years and preparation of board packs within reporting timelines.
7. Develop and ensure suitable Finance process and controls are in place, ensuring controls and compliance adhered to with periodic reviews
8. Oversight of the Balance Sheet Reconciliation process, improving reconciliations and completion on timely basis and addressing variances in a timely manner.
9. Support department during ERP implementation to enhance reporting, process, procedure and internal controls framework
10. Support department during year end audit, liaising with external auditors and ensuring support and back-up provided as per timelines.
11. Provide general finance support to all members of staff
12. Supervision of staff opportunity
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
13. Ad hoc support to Finance Director on specific projects
Any other financial duties as requested by management

QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING:
16. At least 5 years finance experience in similar role required
17. Computer literate Microsoft Packages i.e. word, excel, outlook
