As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Overseeing all aspects of the care home, including care standards, marketing, recruitment, and training.
Building strong relationships with the team and ensuring the facility remains in top condition and compliant with regulations.
Developing personalised care plans by recognising and assessing individual needs.
Managing budgets and expenditures while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining accurate care, legal, and statutory records.
Marketing the care home to achieve occupancy targets, utilising various marketing channels.
