Job Title: Agresso L3 Support
Location : Hybrid (Luton, UK)
Rate Payable to Contractors: £450 - £500

Role Description:
The role involves providing operational support for the Agresso system (Unit 4) and managing service requests and user issues via ServiceNow. The successful candidate will be involved in building custom reports, system configurations, and integrations to Agresso. They will also handle financial system administration, ensuring system integrity and compliance with critical deadlines. This role will contribute to efficient service operations, collaborating with Finance L2/L3 teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide operational support for Unit 4 Agresso and perform minor developments.
* Build custom reports and integrations for Agresso.
* Manage system configurations and administer various Agresso modules (logistics, planner, financials, etc.).
* Respond to queries on the financial systems helpdesk, ensuring SLA compliance and resolving technical issues.
* Process configuration requests for the Chart of Accounts quickly and accurately.
* Assist with complete data reconciliations to maintain system integrity.
* Ensure month-end and year-end processes are completed on time.
* Develop constructive working relationships with finance teams and users.
* Manage the system structure based on finance reporting needs, ensuring robust financial controls.
* Maintain the chart of accounts, account rules, groups, and related elements.
* Maximize operational efficiency, ensuring the system is resilient and robust.
Key Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
* Experience in Agresso 2nd/3rd line support.
* In-depth knowledge of Agresso configurations.
* Strong understanding of business processes and Unit 4 Agresso terminology.
* (Preferable) Experience in the Airline domain.
* Analytical and creative skills for developing robust integrated financial systems.
* High proficiency in Excel, Word, Agresso Business World, and financial ledger systems.
* Strong interpersonal, oral, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical issues to finance staff.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Methodical approach with excellent planning and organizational skills.
* Process-driven with a hands-on attitude.
* Effective team player with excellent collaboration skills.
