Responsibilities and Activities
1. Develop cross functional relationships within the business to build business knowledge and commercial awareness.
2. Work with the HR and operations team to develop an HR plan that supports and contributes to business productivity.
3. Deliver key initiatives and annual HR processes, e.g., performance management, pay review, employment survey, etc.
4. Identify appropriate organisational interventions and engage with the relevant department to ensure HR best practice and people deliverables.
5. Build and maintain relationships with relevant departments to ensure mutual understanding of key people deliverables and processes in the business.
6. Proactively manage ER issues and identify appropriate interventions as required.
7. Manage, develop and review the performance of management and provide feedback, challenge, and act as internal coach to support decision making.
8. Work with the business to develop a strategy that supports the retention, development, and succession of employees.
9. Share internal and external business and commercial knowledge across the wider HR to provide ‘best practice’ HR advice.
10. Act as an internal facilitator and mediator as required.
11. Prepare and administer HR documents (employment contracts, change letters, disciplinary documents).
