What skills and experience we're looking for
Outwood Primary Academy Lofthouse Gate is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join their academy. The role of Teaching Assistant across our Academy is to promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support to students, including those with statements of special educational needs, under the direction of the class teacher.
This position is linked to SEN Funding and is initially until 31st August 2025. The working pattern for this role is 21 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only plus an additional two inset days..
