This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an ambitious research and engagement programme on an emerging topic of strategic importance to UK and global climate action. The postholder will be responsible for coordinating communications and engagement activities for a portfolio of Flexible Fund projects, as well as supporting other project communications and events. The postholder will work to the Hub Manager and deliver priority activities including engaging with researchers and artists funded by the project; planning and implementing social media communication; refreshing and creating new web content; and helping to co-ordinate and promote our varied programme of online and in-person events for researchers, stakeholders and the public. The role will also include organising event logistics, managing administrative tasks and monitoring and reporting on activities. The Hub Coordinator will work closely with the CO2RE Hub communications and management team (Director, Hub Manager, Communications Manager, Stakeholder and Flexible Fund Manager) in conjunction with Hub researchers and team members at collaborating universities across the country.
