This newly created role is pivotal in driving rental growth through the promotion of their innovative temporary security solutions within the construction, infrastructure, vacant property, and retail markets. Key Responsibilities: Proactively drive rental growth by identifying and targeting opportunities within key industries. Build strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels, including Tier 1 clients. Effectively communicate the value of our solutions and services to executive-level customers. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual success and alignment with client needs. Engage with procurement, executives, project management, risk control, health and safety, and other stakeholders to foster holistic partnerships. Demonstrate professionalism, energy, and passion for success in all interactions, both internally and externally. Experience Required: Minimum of 36 months in a field sales role, ideally in a B2B environment. Proven track record in solution sales, demonstrating value throughout the sales process.
