The appointee will provide secure and forward-looking financial and operational leadership, ensuring that the College continues to have robust finances and outstanding support services, whilst also anticipating and preparing strategically for the future needs of the community. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and flexible leader, possessing the organisational abilities and interpersonal skills to lead a high level of strategic and operational delivery in a complex environment. They will be familiar with business priorities in organisations of relevant complexity, have proven managerial capabilities, and have deep empathy with the values and ethos of Marlborough. Financial qualifications are desirable but not essential.
