PMO Manager / Head of PMO – London - £80k - £100k + Bonus
My client is a Tier1 law firm who has a vision of becoming the industry leader for innovation using AI and Data Science. This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground level of a brand-new department where growth and opportunity will come thick and fast.
There is a requirement for a standalone PMO Manager for this new division who has solid experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. It would suit somebody who has experience dealing at Board Level, who can create and implement PMO processes, has excellent experience dealing with complex sets of stakeholders, and can track budgets using industry tools.
Responsibilities:
1. Define an overarching approach to projects and programmes tracking in a Data & AI domain.
2. Develop a portfolio approach to integrate, assure, and oversee all Data & AI programmes.
3. Develop tracking and monitoring of Data & AI Projects.
4. Develop integrated planning using planning software.
5. Establish Intelligent PMO processes working with CPMO covering issues, risks, budgets, change control, dependencies, benefits, and resource management.
6. Establish technology-led tracking and monitoring of Data & AI Projects including developing early warning signals.
7. Develop best-in-class Executive reporting of Data & AI initiatives.
Skills:
1. Programme Management Office in the Data & AI discipline.
2. Portfolio Oversight and Assurance of Data & AI projects.
3. Reporting and Tracking of Data & AI Programmes.
4. Data & AI Programmes of work utilising Agile methodology.
5. Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
6. Proficiency in project management tools.
7. Proficiency in PMO Tools and Processes.
8. Proficiency in planning software.
The role is a hybrid model with 50% onsite and 50% remote working and is based in Central London.
