JOB DESCRIPTION Customer Service: Product Specialist (German or French Speaking) We're looking for new Product Specialists with a track record of delivering high-quality Customer Service, ideally online via a digital ticketing system, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Currently we have roles available for bilingual English/French and English/German speakers at a fluent level. This is an opportunity to develop an in-depth knowledge of our roof tent and accessory range to help resolve enquiries for both potential and existing customers. We interact with our customers across a range of channels, including Phone, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM's, Email and SMS). Key Responsibilities ? Reply to customer enquiries through a range of channels via the Gorgias ticketing system ? Provide high-quality answers to queries to ensure they are resolved quickly and efficiently ? Follow our standard processes at all times to ensure a smooth experience with returns, exchanges, etc. ? Work across a range of shifts each week, which can include evenings and weekends ? Adapt to changes and new processes quickly ? Work collaboratively to uphold and improve our 4.7/excellent rating on Trustpilot Ideal Candidate We're looking for driven individuals with a passion for outdoor adventure. You will have a great eye for detail and thrive on helping customers get the answers they need, following processes, and ensuring efficiency. Fluent in German or French is essential Positivity and creative thinking are a must. Providing a high level of customer service across a range of channels ? Performing in accordance with our KPIs and CSAT scores ?
