The Role:
As the Deputy Manager, you'll play an essential role in:
4. Supporting the Registered Manager with the daily operations of the service, including rotas, assessments, and compliance
5. Planning and delivering high-quality, person-centred care
6. Managing resources effectively and efficiently
7. Mentoring and nurturing the dedicated staff team
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Deputy Manager role will have:
8. At least 1 year of experience as a Deputy Manager within a similar service
9. Knowledge and understanding of all regulatory and statutory requirements, including CQC, health & safety, and local authority requirements
10. The Level 3 in Health and Social Care leadership and management, and willingness to work towards the level 5
11. Excellent people management and leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
