We have a fantastic opportunity to work for us as Digital Propositions Manager at Holland & Barrett. In this role you will support the Head of Omnichannel in proposition development, campaign execution, and digital-retail integration, ensuring strategic initiatives enhance customer experience, commercial performance, and cross-channel alignment. This role works across a wide portfolio of strategic initiatives and omnichannel campaigns with varying timelines and complexity, providing end-to-end visibility of deliverables, interdependencies, and team inputs. It involves interfacing with cross-functional teams to surface blockers, follow up on actions, and maintain project momentum. The role also manages the day-to-day coordination of multiple parallel workstreams, ensuring structured and timely progress, while handling sensitive or high-priority tasks with minimal supervision, including preparing briefings and steering decks.

Key Responsibilities:
Omnichannel Proposition & Campaign Execution
* Translate strategic direction into clear propositions and testable MVPs
* Own execution tracking across marketing, retail, digital, and commercial
* Align touchpoints and messaging across physical and digital channels
Project & Stakeholder Coordination
* Create and maintain project trackers and align stakeholders
* Lead internal comms flows and write or consolidate briefings
Customer Experience Thinking
* Ensure proposition clarity with UX, content, and store teams
* Bring customer and competitor insights into shaping
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
* Set up dashboards or trackers to monitor progress
* Structure post-launch reviews with insight-led recommendations
Proposition Innovation & Research
* Research emerging trends and support sprint planning
* Enable test-and-learn for new formats, bundles, services
Location:
This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office.
The Person:
Key Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of e-commerce principles and environment, including promotional strategies, customer journey mapping, and trading cycles
* Project coordination across functions (retail, digital, marketing)
* Understanding of omnichannel journeys and retail-customer needs
* Familiarity with proposition development and MVP testing
* Light-touch analytical capability (Excel, dashboards, campaign reporting)
* Organised project tracking and action ownership
* Supporting or owning retail or eCommerce campaigns
* Cross-functional project delivery
