About the role

To maintain this momentum, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented IT2A Project Assurance Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting our Project Assurance Manager to ensure that all IT projects are executed seamlessly and meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. You will be the backbone of our project assurance efforts, ensuring that every project adheres to our rigorous quality standards and policies.
Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance: You will meticulously review project reports and artefacts to ensure they comply with our established quality standards and policies. You will help identify any non-compliance issues and project health concerns early on.
2. Issue Identification and Mitigation: By closely monitoring project progress, you will spot potential risks and issues. You will track these issues and work on actionable plans to mitigate them, ensuring that projects stay on track and within scope.
3. Data Analysis and Insights: Conducting project deep dives, you will analyze data to uncover trends and insights. Your findings will provide actionable recommendations to enhance project performance and reduce risks.
4. Collaboration: You will work with the PMO and project delivery teams, encouraging a collaborative environment. Your role will provide assurance to IT leadership and the business about our organization's capability to manage projects effectively and efficiently.
What you'll need to have
These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role.
1. Experience in project coordination/management, IT assurance or related field
2. Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall), tools and best practices
3. High degree of organizational skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities with project teams and stakeholders
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Problem-solving skills and risk mitigation.
