SERVICE ADVISOR - YEOMANS NISSAN BASINGSTOKE
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team at Yeomans Nissan Basingstoke.

This customer-focused role requires exceptional communication skills with the ability to follow procedures and instructions in a busy working environment. A key element of the position is focused around telephone call handling, and previous experience in telephone communications, as well as skills in IT literacy, are essential.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Making and receiving calls to and from our customers whose vehicles require maintenance attention.
2. Converting these contacts into workshop bookings.
3. Appropriately upselling related products and services as applicable.
4. Good interpersonal skills are key to your success in the role, as is your ability to work from your own initiative.
