My client is seeking for an experienced and dynamic HR Advisor on a temporary assignment to join our growing team at a cutting-edge bio tech company in Hertfordshire. As HR Advisor, you will support all aspects of HR operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives while fostering a positive and compliant work environment. The role will involve providing day-to-day HR support to management and employees, handling employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and ensuring compliance with relevant UK employment law and industry-specific regulations. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices. CIPD qualified (Level 3 or above) or equivalent HR experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. High attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management abilities. Ability to build strong working relationships with employees at all levels.
