A conference centre in central London is on the lookout for a passionate Chef Manager. You will be working for one of London's most modern and innovative food-led catering companies. The food spans from fine dining to street food, grab and go, and canapes; all of course will be your ideas.
The ideal Chef Manager needs to have experience in contract catering and understand the requirements of the sector.
Chef Manager Snapshot
1. Salary: £48,000 - £50,000
2. 40 hours per week
3. Monday - Friday
4. Off all Bank Holidays (including Bank Holiday Mondays & Good Friday)
5. Closed Christmas
6. Catering up to a maximum of 250 guests
7. 7am - 3pm
8. Straight shifts
9. Event space for a maximum of 250
10. Award-winning high-end contract catering company
11. All food is fresh, seasonal, and sourced from local suppliers
