A conference centre in central London is on the lookout for a passionate Chef Manager. You will be working for one of London's most modern and innovative food-led catering companies. The food spans from fine dining to street food, grab-and-go, and canapés; all of course will be your ideas.
The ideal Chef Manager needs to have experience in contract catering and understand the requirements of the sector.
Chef Manager Snapshot
1. Salary: £43,500 - £45,000
2. Hours: 40 hours per week
3. Schedule: Monday - Friday
4. Holidays: Off all Bank Holidays (including Bank Holiday Mondays & Good Friday) and closed Christmas
5. Catering Capacity: Up to a maximum of 250 guests
6. Shift Timing: 7am - 3pm, straight shifts
7. Event Space: For a maximum of 250 guests

9. Food Quality: All food is fresh, seasonal, and sourced from local suppliers
