Job Title: Telesales Executive – Managed IT Services
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, with the goal of setting up meetings for our subject matter experts. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving the growth of our Managed IT Services and Software Products.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound lead generation calls to potential clients to introduce our Managed IT Services and Software Products, generating interest.
* Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of our services, demonstrating how our solutions can meet specific business needs.
* Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and build relationships to facilitate successful lead conversion.
* Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring that only qualified prospects are forwarded for further engagement.
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to schedule meetings with qualified prospects, ensuring a smooth transition of leads.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities, including call logs and outcomes in the CRM system.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our services and adapt sales strategies.
* Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and meeting conversion.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, preferred.
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
* Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive communication skills to effectively convey the value of our services.
* Ability to understand client requirements and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing lead generation activities and CRM data.
* Previous experience in a sales or business development role is a plus, but not mandatory.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
