We are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and growing BD & Marketing team within this leading law firm. The firm has an excellent culture and reputation and this is a newly created role.
Role Overview: This new hire position reports to the Head of BD and is being hired in order to expand capacity and ensure this team, with considerable growth plans, is well supported by BD and Marketing.
* Develop and implement marketing and business development plans to enhance brand awareness and target market development.
* Support the firm's overall market strategy and align strategies at sector and department levels.
* Identify and manage growth opportunities within specified sectors and departments.
* Lead the production of pitches and tenders, advising on win themes and commercial bid strategy.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team on campaigns, legal directories submissions, industry award submissions, press and PR matters, marketing literature production, email marketing, and website content.
* Coach and mentor junior team members, leading cross-team projects and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
