Your role will collaborate closely with our Customers, Project Management and Workshop teams to mitigate in the project/facility supply chain and maximize opportunities for excellence in Project Delivery. Focus areas include technical assurance, cost efficiency, schedule adherence, and timely delivery of purchased supplies. Job Duties And Responsibilities Material Coordination: Oversee project material activities, including Warehouse, Shipping, and Logistics coordination to support project schedules. Pre and Post Purchase Order Activities: Process requisitions and create purchase orders. Monitor purchases and expedite orders. Resolve supply and non-conformance issues with suppliers and the Quality team. Constantly seek ways to reduce costs. Create shipment paperwork for international shipments. Obtain quotes and arrange shipments with freight forwarders. Monitor shipments until delivery and review freight invoices. Resolve claims for damaged shipments. Supplier and Logistics Management: Work with management, project teams, and suppliers to ensure safe and timely delivery of materials. Ensure procurement and materials management databases are updated. Identify end clients in Purchase Orders/Shipping Paperwork. Manage the call-off and allocation of materials and equipment for shipment via land, air, or sea. Lead and expand the HT global spares service. Assess and validate new suppliers within the DOA matrix. Ensure material availability aligns with project plans and schedules. Coordinate offshore/site material requests and oversee packing/tagging and containerization of project materials. Provide Forward Schedule Analysis (FSA) reports to the project team weekly. Support reconciliation or disposal of damaged project materials. Perform regular stock checks and resolve material shortfalls. Handle procurement pre and post-award activities in line with Enerpac policies. Maintain the project Procurement Status Report (PSR) and engage suppliers on performance issues. Prepare shipping manifests/notifications, including for dangerous goods. Provide expediting/logistics support as needed. Assist with supplier invoice queries. Support regional procurement structures. Skills And Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems. Proficiency with MS Office applications. Ability to interface with Management and Client Representatives at all levels. Resilient, determined, and able to work under pressure. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Enjoys negotiation and conflict resolution. Professional membership in a Supply Chain-related organization (PMAC, CITT, CIFFA, ASCM, etc.) is an advantage. High degree of ethics and personal conduct. Education And Experience Education Requirements: Professional membership in a Supply Chain-related organization (PMAC, CITT, CIFFA, ASCM, etc.) is an advantage. Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing and logistics administration, preferably with service-related companies. Knowledge of planning, purchasing, logistics, shipping, and inventory management systems. Work Benefits Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office.
